A paved, dual-carriageway road that forms a strategic corridor for regional connectivity, facilitating access to key areas such as Bogotá, Tunja, Paipa, Duitama, Sogamoso, and the Eastern Plains. Its route also connects with high-impact road projects like the Sisga Transversal, making it a fundamental axis for boosting agricultural, livestock, industrial, and tourism activities in the region. Oversight of the technical, administrative, financial, legal, and environmental components for the comprehensive road management of the Briceño – Tunja – Sogamoso corridor.
