SITP & Transmilenio

Oversight of contracts signed by TRANSMILENIO SA for the provision of mass passenger transport services in the Capital District, in the technical, operational, administrative, economic, financial, environmental, legal, road safety and user service areas, for the trunk and non-trunk components of the Integrated Public Transport System (SITP) and TransMiCable, and providing operational support services to TMSA for the supervision of the operation of the zonal component of the SITP

It included:

• Concession contracts for the trunk, zonal, and feeder components of Phases I, II, and III. (14 concessionaires)
• Operation and maintenance contract for the GMD type cable car system (mono detachable gondola), called TransMiCable
• Temporary operating contracts signed to address contingencies and which involved the replacement of one or more SITP concessionaires.
