Non-electrified freight rail line (currently not in operation). The sections under intervention include the line from Buenaventura to La Felisa, the Zarzal – La Tebaida branch line, and the Cartago and Caimalito rail bypasses. This is an administration, oversight, and maintenance contract in which the main interventions include surveillance, brush clearing, cleaning, and clearing of the entire corridor; maintenance of stations, workshops, and warehouses; administration, conservation, and maintenance of rolling stock; maintenance and conservation activities such as the installation of ballast, rails, and sleepers for the commissioning of the prioritized railway infrastructure between Palmira and Buga, over a length of 41 km; and environmental, social, and legal management for the removal of encroachments and the filing of complaints with oversight bodies.

Comprehensive oversight in the technical, administrative, financial, accounting, social, environmental and legal areas, all applied to the administration, surveillance, maintenance and conservation of the Pacific railway corridor infrastructure.
