The scope of the oversight included the review, analysis, and assessment of the technical report and construction plans to verify that the designs comply with the current standard for earthquake-resistant buildings, NSR-10. 

Review and conceptualize the architectural, structural, electrical, gas, plumbing, voice and data, air conditioning and mechanical ventilation network designs presented by the contractor.

Advice for the preparation of the terms of reference for choosing the builder.

Perform technical control of structural works, finishes, electrical networks, water and sanitation networks, gas networks, voice and data networks, air conditioning and mechanical networks, fire protection networks, furniture for laboratory and medical faculty, substation – power plant, pump room, elevators (3), urban planning works and environmental control.
