Comprehensive oversight (administrative, financial, accounting, environmental, social, legal, and technical) of the diagnosis, studies, designs, and execution of the necessary building repairs, prioritized by the ICBF for the Marceliano Ossa Juvenile Re-education Center (CREEME) in Pereira and the Los Samanes Specialized Care Center (CAE) in Neiva

The reconstruction of the perimeter wall was carried out, pedestrian paths were built, and the roof of the women’s and men’s accommodations, chapel and dining hall were maintained.
At the Los Samanes CAE (Center for Educational and Research),
the spaces of CAE1, CAE2, IKAROS, and IKAROS II – Workshops were renovated. Maintenance and roof replacement, bathroom maintenance and remodeling, replacement of the drinking water and sanitary sewer system, and accommodation maintenance were carried out.
For the CIP space, the remodeling of bathrooms, installation of metal structure for roof, electrical installations, voice and data installations, hydraulic and storage networks, sanitary water networks, and rainwater networks were carried out.
